By submitting this application I understand and agree that if I am approved for Fostering, I must bring a snap collar and a non-retractable six foot leash with me when I come to pick up my foster dog or a carrier for my foster cat. I also understand that it is highly recommended to bring a friend along to help carry items and keep the dog/cat calm in the car.
