Improving our community by reuniting the lost and advocating for the unwanted.
Help us secure our building and future! Funds raised would secure our future as the animal shelter and impound, allowing us to acquire the land and facility and provide resources and education to Becker County. We have raised the $100,000 needed for the downpayment. Now we need to continue to raise funds so we can meet our end goal of $750,000! Any donation HELPS- regardless of how large or small. Welcome! We have so many fun and friendly pets waiting to find families and homes of their very own! We hope you enjoy browsing through our adoptable pets! Please note: Visitors to the shelter are by appointment only. We LOVE having visitors and our shelter animals love it even more, however we need to make sure that anyone visiting is doing so during appropriate times (i.e. not during feeding, cleaning, etc.). Walk-in visits can result in confusion, conflict with caring for the animals or present unsafe conditions (wet floors, animals out of kennels , etc.). If you believe your animal has been brought to our shelter, please visit our Found Animals section to learn how to proceed. If you are interested in adoption, you must submit an application prior to making an appointment. Please visit How To Adopt. If you are interested in volunteering, please visit Volunteer or Foster.
